5 pounds heavier this morning than I was yesterday morning. Gotta love water & bloat weight! I ate crappy yesterday, and now I feel super yucky. I couldn’t even fall asleep last night I was so uncomfortable. So we decided to add a new goal for September.
*Don’t eat wheat or dairy for September (except for maybe one time when we go to a music and art festival)
We generally stay away from wheat & dairy for the most part because of allergies and sensitivities, but even just having it once a week messes me up. So I’m curious to see how I will feel if I stay completely away from it. I think adding this to my September goals will also help me lose weight!

Wow that is a goal I would never be able to stick to! Good luck! I have read everywhere that cutting out wheat and diary is great.

Haha… it’s really hard. The diary isn’t so hard, but cutting out all wheat is hard, which is why I end up eating it about once a week. But I definitely feel better when I don’t have wheat in my system. Thanks!

I always inspire my husband to drop every 10 pounds. No matter how long but when he was 400 lbs, we looked for 390 lbs, and then 380 lbs and so on. Monthly goals are tough if you could not make it so we let the timeline free, just look for the target. Cheers,

I know the feeling! I felt SO MUCH better when not eating dairy or wheat. I actually don’t eat much of either of those, but like you said, just the occasional can really give your gut a time. It does mine.
